How a single grid and one typeface carried a skincare launch across six countries in four months.
The brief
Kairo had a breakthrough formula, a launch date and no brand. We had four months and six markets to design for.
The system
Everything sits on a twelve-column grid with a fixed baseline. Packaging, website and retail displays all share the same rhythm, so the brand feels consistent even when the content changes.
The result is quiet on purpose. The product photography does the talking.
